My journey to hypnosis

As far as I remember, I always loved studying the world around me.

My passion for nature, its functioning, science, mythology and history, fueled countless hours of study, through books or exploration.

This naturally brought me to my “first studies” in sciences, with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Ecological Engineering and Ecosystems Management in Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris.

… But the scientific approach lacked all too often meaning.

I thus decided to travel and explore deeper the work done in philosophy, psychology and spirituality, for myself as well as others.

It is during this period, while looking for balance between the different parts of my life, that the importance of therapy appeared to me : to untie unhealthy emotional bonds, to define one’s true values and needs, to develop one’s self-confidence and potentials…

A new look on your experiences with hypnosis


 

From all the technics I encountered and tried, hypnosis captured my attention the most.

Hypnosis allows for a deeply positive, targeted and precise, focusing its attention on solutions rather than problems.

Far from the unlikely hypnosis encountered on stage, the therapeutical hypnosis developed by Milton Erickson uses communication and visualisation methods to build sustainable results.

Just like sports, day-dreaming or meditation, hypnosis creates a different state of mind in which new perspectives are available.

Hypnosis brings a fresh look and a new distance with the mental patterns we usual fall into and the stories we often tell ourselves : ” I am like this, at my age people don’t change ” ; ” I do this because I felt that when I was a child, I cannot change it ” ; ” I can’t help myself ” … 

It paves the way to transform all the mental barriers we imposed ourselves over time, thus modifying our habits, our behaviors, our emotions and our thoughts.

Graduated from the french Academy for Research and Knowledge in Ericksonian Hypnosis – ARCHE, I subscribe to their charter of deontology.

As a practitioner my approach is oriented toward viable, practical and long lasting solutions for your everyday life.

Each protocol is unique, adapted to each individual’s needs, sensitivity and experiences.

The first session generally aims at discovering hypnosis and defining your objective. The number of sessions then depends on the subject and its problematic.

On demand, I also combine hypnosis sessions with reiki sessions, to clear energy blockages in the body.
